Ermera Coffee Plantation

Ermera is an ancient hill village that is well-known for the stunning coffee plantations that surround it. It is about 62 kilometres from Dili to the plantation area. The people that live here mostly support themselves financially via the cultivation of coffee plants. In addition to other structures and dwellings decorated in the Portuguese style, the town has a stunning church. The whole region is beautiful, and it makes for a wonderful day trip from Dili.
