Virachey National Park, Cambodia
This is Cambodia’s largest protected area. The park covers an area of approximately 3324 sq km. It is densely forested with semi-evergreen trees, bamboos, and deciduous trees. This park is home to hundreds of different wild creatures, including bovines, cats, pygmy loris, macaques, langurs, gibbons, tigers, and elephants. Pheasants, red-collared woodpeckers, and hornbills are among the bird species found in this park.
